The personnel was very friendly. They provided recommendations that worked perfectly. The rooms were very super clean and cozy too.
Pillows felt small. The bed was not very comfortable. I noticed many people lived out in the streets outside. The area was quite noisy. It made me worried about thefts.

i found the hotel very close to the main transportation hub. accessing the city center on foot was quite easy. the reception desk operated 24 hours a day, a feature i particularly appreciated. the staff was always available, offering assistance whenever needed.
The air conditioning in the hotel was not very effective. It barely provided any noticeable cooling, a slight inconvenience.

The location was excellent. Lots of great food and drink were nearby. It is also right next to a major public transport hub.
The room was VERY small. You could hardly turn around in the shower. The ac was terrible. it smelled awful. Night brought a fire alarm. No one explained what happened.
